It's my birthday and, I didn't make the bed, didn't cook, didn't clean anything, didn't work, yes - I took a shower and brushed my teeth.
Instead of having a party and being concerned about having enough food and drinks, and having to deal with all the clean up I decided to have a different day, so I made a list of what I wanted to do today.
So... here is what we (me and my hubby) did today:
- slept in (that was nice! I had a paid day off as a birthday present - woo hoo!)
- went to the store to get some roses, chocolate and a card for my husband's mom
- went to my mother-in-law's to say happy birthday to her (yes, we share the same birthday)
- had breakfast at an awesome bistro called Babblin Babs - walked at the farmers market on our way there, which was cool
- went to a glass blowing studio and each of us made our own piece of glass art (tomorrow we will pick them up)
- went to the movies to watch "step brothers" (it was so funny!!!)
- had a great dinner at Stanley and Seafort
Now we are at home doing thing that we like, Rob is playing xbox for a little bit and I'm on the computer, that is just how we are... lol
