Thank you all for the get well wishes. After a whole day of sitting in front of the TV with a blanket, lots of cups of hot tea and my crochet, I do feel better.
At night we had a little get together at my mother-in-law's house, even though I wasn't feeling that well, it was nice to get out of the house for a little while. She gave me these two metal dress forms, they are earring holders and I couldn't wait to get home and dig through my jewelry box and hang them all. Aren't they cute? It made me realize how much I love earrings!!!

ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better! Very cool bag!!!
ReplyDeleteYeah for tea and Yeah for feeling better! How many weeks are you now anyways?
ReplyDeleteGlad you are feeling better! You asked me what Joseph is. Well...here I let you know:
ReplyDeleteJOSEPH and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat
The musical is inspired by the famous story of Joseph in ancient Egypt, where he develops himself from the favorit son of his father until the viceroy of the country. The only musical in the world that unites seven music styles. It is an exuberant musicalhit with a lot of humor!
So glad to hear you are feeling better and sorry you were not well...can you believe it's snowing again? Ughhh! Well, you keep warm and stay well & don't drive if you don't have to! Love the earring holders!
ReplyDeleteThis turned out great! Last year my new years resolution was to wear more earrings! Glad to see you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI've been inspired by your bags!!!
ReplyDeleteI've actually started my first one(with sc,dc alternate stitches for the body of the bag) and plan on making for the rest of the family.
Just one question though please. Is this the larksfoot stitch? It sort of looks like it, but not sure.
Thank you very much.
I really don't know the name of that stitch. I learned it from my cousin in Brazil and never really heard the name of it.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry.
:o(
Thank you very much for your reply, I appreciate it. Well, I've finished my first bag, and will probably stick with this stitch or try other one's. Thank you for the idea though!
