Hello everyone!
I'm doing better, today I am able to walk and get up much better than yesterday. All the rest, hot packs, love and attention are paying off. I'm so glad that things are turning out okay, I'm just not sure I'm going to be able to make to the sewing expo, the facility where the event happens is huge, and I am not sure I can walk around that far yet... so, I might just have to wait until next year.
Thank you all for the nice comments - it really means a lot to me. I think the reason I still blog is because people here are nice, and even though we have never met, I feel close to you, look forward to reading your posts, somehow you have become part of my life.
And here I am again, talking about giveaways (maybe I should have one too!?), I just can't help it! This time is from the Farm Chicks, and it's a surprise giveaway, but whatever it is, I want it! LOL.
P.S: Amy, I know you'll have to enter that one, because you are the one that "introduced" me to the Farm Chicks world! :o)
Have a great weekend!
I'm glad you are feeling better! lol! if I were intent in going, I'd get a wheelchair! LOL! but that's crazy old me!
ReplyDeleteSuppose the baby was born at the expo?????
no, better take care at home! sending hugs your way!
Hi Ale, great you are feeling better! Just enjoy the weekend with the two of you. Take it easy for a few days. Will your sister arrive soon?
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day! X
I'm glad you're feeling better today. I agree with CT, stay put. The Expo show can wait, but if you MUST go, then could you give yourself a time limit and have a companion to help scope out the good stuff really fast?! :-)
ReplyDelete* Today was another one of those long days for me. More details on my blog (um, when I finish typing.) :-)
Glad you're feeling better. I agree with you on the blogging. I've made some very nice blog-friends and I look forward to reading their sites. It is kinda cool that people who haven't necessarily met, can be supportive and 'friends'. :-)
ReplyDeleteIm so glad you are feeling better. You keep taking it easy...enjoy this down time. There is a reason for it....that baby boy is going to keep you so busy! I love reading your blog and thanks for always leaving comments on mine!
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about you; wondering how you where doing after such a scare.
ReplyDeleteTake care you need your rest...the baby will be here before you know it and you won't get much rest for like...20 years....trust me!
I just read your post about the guy in your yard!!! What a fright, you did so well, I am so sorry you were hurt, but happy you are in the recovery mode. Please take care>
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're feeling better! You have been in my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteI unfortuantely missed the show too. :( Was planning on going on Saturday and then we had to take our van in to get serviced. We'll have to go together next year. I was thinking of asking you for this year but figured with the what happened you wouldn't be up to it. I'm glad you got lots of rest and that your hubby took such great care of you.
Can't wait to hear the news of your little guys arrival. :)
the giveaway is getting close...i'm so excited!
