Yesterday I was digging through my childhood memory box and found a little vest that my mom made for me when I was about 5 years old, and I was amazed to see how well my mom crocheted, it's too bad she's not here anymore to give me some tips!

I made this with Lion Brand cotton ease (color Taupe, even though I consider this cocoa brown), because it's a blend of acrylic and cotton, nice and soft - perfect for Spring/Summer.
Gee, your mannequin has a nice figure! I love this shrug and I will patiently wait your photograph of the vest your mom made. I'm glad you still have it too!
