Last week I tried a new dinner recipe every night, and on Saturday I made a homemade pizza, the dough was surprisingly easy and it tasted very good. I know I'll be making more of these in future, for sure. If you want to give it a try, the recipe can be found here.
Now, if you live here in the Pacific Northwest, you appreciate sunny weather and just can't wait to go outside. Anyways, today we went to a walk by Chambers Bay golf course, it's less than 10 minutes from our house, it's a beautiful course that will host the 2015 US Open Championships. Look at the picture I took of the golf course, isn't it beautiful?
I'm crossing my fingers for a week with beautiful weather!

ReplyDeleteThe pizza looks great! FYI: I keep a Boboli crust in my kitchen for those 'home-made' pizza nights. The real dough is better, but this is even easier. :-)
