Ever since Libby did a yarn swap with a ravelry group I have been thinking about organizing one with my blog friends too, I think it's a very neat idea and since many of you are from different countries, it would be awesome for everyone to try different yarns.
Well, I was thinking about swaping two or three skeins of yarn and maybe some chocolate? LOL. Please give me your input, I want to know what your thoughts are and we will go from there.
Also, you would let us know your favorite colors, type of yarn (cotton, bamboo, wool, etc) and favorite candy! LOL
Can I count you in? I need to know who is willing to participate, so I can get your information and send to whoever will be partner.
If the swap is a success we can have lots of them in the future!
*Note: I will be gathering people for a couple of weeks and swap by the end of the month.

I have more than plenty of yarn, I primarily use cottons at the moment, but would like to try some bamboo.!
ReplyDeleteHi, if there is anyone out there who doesn't mind shipping to the UK then count me in. I love pure wool in any shade of pink. As for chocolate...that can be any colour you like!!! Love your green scarf by the way and those shawls are to die for. Dev x

BTW~I think yarn and chocolate is a great idea. Also maybe some little packages of tea or flavored coffee-you would have to ask you partner what they prefer. A journal is also a nice little addition to the package. I'm looking forward to this.
