Hello!

Hello my friends, first of all I have to say that even though it hasn't been too long since I blogged, but I sure have you missed you guys bunches!

I am in Brazil with my husband and my baby, we are staying at my sister's house and we are having a blast now - I say now because the trip to get here is very tiring, it took us a little over 31 hours since the time we left our house to get here, 3 planes rides, layovers and a 5 hour drive + rush hour traffic while we were trying to pass through the city of São Paulo, but it's well worth it!

On Saturday I got a manicure and pedicure, things that I don't do very often AT ALL, but since here it's so affordable, I went ahead and got pampered before we went to a fancy charity dinner. On Sunday we baptized baby Lucas in the morning (the little vest I crocheted for him was simply perfect for the weather and it looked sooo cute!) and after that all my friends and family came over for a nice Brazilian BBQ.

Today we are finally going to be able to rest, my poor little guy has been a trooper, but he has been getting a little overwhelmed with everyone touching him, holding him, all the new faces... he is used to be home with only me for the most part and hubby after work, so it's for sure a new experience.

Oh boy, I don't have much to talk about on the crochet department... I did bring a couple of skeins in a little bag on the plane, but barely touched it, too much going on... but I miss it! LOL
