I have mentioned before about the personalized ornament I purchased to celebrate Lucas' first Christmas, but I didn't show it to you guys, so this morning the thought crossed my mind and before it went away I grabbed my camera and snapped a shot of it. Isn't it cute?
And here is a picture (not very good, sorry) of the amiguri toys I have been making lately. Boy, I am hooked! These little guys are so much fun and I have a whole bunch of them bookmarked. They are all free patterns from Lion Brand's website. I plan on making tons of toys and baby hats for next year's fair, I don't think I was very well prepared this year, so I'll make sure that next year things are perfect. ;o)
I forgot to tell you guys, but last week I went to a cookie party exchange, it was the first time I went to one and it was awesome! We (well, mostly my husband - I'm still dieting and I've lost 18lbs so far) had a wide variety of cookies and I just had to make one kind!
Mmmmm... now I better go, I'll host a playdate here tomorrow and I want to bake some cookies to offer to my guests.
Cheers!
I love the little ornament. I told my husband the other day that when we have babies, I'm going to get them special ornaments each year.
ReplyDeleteAHHH All of it is so cute. Great job on the little creatures :)
ReplyDeleteYour little toys are so cute...I can see why you are addicted. I am the same way with snowmen right now!
ReplyDelete18 pounds!! That is awesome...I would love to drop 10. Seems the older I get the harder it is to do just that!
Good news~You won the ornament contest on my blog. Can you please email me your address. I would like to mail them to you tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI love the ornament. It is so cute!!!!
The little amiguri toys you are making are so cute. I will have to visit the Lion brand website. Haven't been there in a little while.
I also did a lot of cleaning and laundry yesterday. Enjoy your playdate. It sounds like tons of fun.

Love the ornament, I love how you exchange with other crafters, congrats on the 18 pds, I think look bonita! Lucas is a great model he looks so cute in the hats! Have fun tomorrow with your play group. Oh the ami's are very cute. you know I have a book of ami patterns and I left it at home in boston because I am not sure my fingers can make such small items. I really should give it a try.
