It hasn't been easy this week to get things done. Since I have been featured on Etsy's The Storque, my little shop got busy, so busy that I can't rely on my memory anymore, I need to write everything down or I end up having to go to the same store twice to get the same item I went there to get in the first place, the only problem is that I have to remember to grab the list!
It's already Saturday and I haven't been able to finish all the orders that will be picked up on Sunday at the market yet, I have only one left, indeed, but still - I have been in a big hurry.
I am really thankful though, I want to make sure you know that I am extremely happy that things are going in the direction they are going, I just need to find a way to become a little more organized, so things can run smoothly, I think once the Farmers Market is over (end of this month) I'll be able to put the inventory away and that will be one less thing for me to think about, which will be great.

Oh, and let me show you what the little man did...
My friend Sarah loaned us this football for me to use as a picture prop, but my little stinker bit it and took a chunk off! I ended up having to order another one, the "funny" part is that you can't buy just this one ball, so I had to buy a set of 4 balls. I guess this was a cheap lesson: don't let your kid play with loaned toys alone! LOL
And after a very long week, my husband and I went out on a date night yesterday, it was a lot of fun, and I had two margaritas, so I came back home very tipsy since I am not used to drink at all anymore.
Have a fabulous weekend!
Oh my! well, you get a lot of spares... lol!
ReplyDeleteglad you had such a great time!
(lol! my Verification word was FASTR!!!)
Too funny! We have had our share of those nerf balls torn apart around here. I just hide ours now when they are being played with so nothing will happen to them by accident. :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with finishing the last order!
Alex has that set of balls. Only one without bites is the basketball. Kids.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on all of your orders and being featured. This is a nice kind of busy. :-D
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm so happy for you. This is a good time for your shop to get busy. Take a breather, write a list, follow the list, of course, take the list with you. Been there, and there is always one thing I forget.
