I must be crazy... why? Well, with all the orders I have to work on (2 scarves, 7 new hats - I have finished the hats I mentioned in the previous post), the book, a sick kid, a dinner to go to (from my husband's work), I still think I don't do enough sometimes... Like today, I just don't feel like I got enough done, it's weird - I am weird.
Let me tell you about my day. Woke up at 6:30 with the sound of the little man coughing, fed and changed him, made the beds, put yesterday's laundry away, started today's laundry, put the dishes away and loaded the dish washer again, made 25 chocolate dipped Oreo pops for an upcoming Christmas party, blew bubbles, played on the floor and danced with the little guy.
Then... made this soup for my mother & brother-in-law that are coming over tonight to watch the little man while my husband and I go out to dinner.
Made this shirt for the little man, I cut the mustache and added the iron on to the back, then decided to grab my sewing machine and sew around the edges. I also made a fabric sac to wrap an awkward Christmas gift - by awkard I mean the package shape, not the gift itself. LOL

While the little man was napping I started one of the scarves, printed some shipping labels, mopped the floor, vacuummed the main areas of the house. Now I am here, blogging, but really should get going...
So, later! LOL
You sure do get a lot done in one day! I'm already tired just reading about it. lol
ReplyDeleteI think your expectations of yourself are too high. You've done ten times as much as me on one of my BUSY days. :P I don't know how you fit it all in.
ReplyDeleteOh that little mo shirt is cute too. ^^
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute shirt you made!
ReplyDeleteYou do a lot of things Ale! All those things you did in only one day, I would probably use at least half a week to do.
Hope you are relaxing and just enjoying sometimes too! But I guess some people just like to do more than others too. :)
Hope you are having a great Advent season with your family.
Hugs from Ingrid
You are one very busy lady. I hope your little one is feeling better.
ReplyDeleteWe have just finished our kitchen remodel. I posted some pictures on my blog.
Hopefully now things will slow down and I will have more time to visit and crochet.
