New Journey

Today was the first day of my new journey. I decided to start the "Couch to 5k" program. Have you heard of it? Well, if not let me give you a little info. Couch to5K is a 9 week (3 times/week)program that is supposed to help you go from your couch to running 5K.

I have never enjoyed jogging, so this is a challenge for me. I hope I grow to love this, because my main goal is to be healthy. So, wish me luck!

  1. OMG- I am going to check it out...I too do not like jogging, but it is the easiest for me to do. Did you download an app to your iPhone?

  2. I am not a fan of jogging either. I have wanted to try a 5k just for the challenge of getting in shape for it.

  3. You can do it! I did that plan with a friend about two years ago and it does work just like it said. Then to celebrate I entered into two events just to see if I could do it. I wish you all the best! Keep us posted. :-)
