Okay, so I really don't have a day off, I like to craft and I do it when I can. So this Sunday, while my husband and the little man were playing in the living room floor (and I was watching the fun) I decided to try making new fabric flowers. This time I made them from satin and I am really pleased with the way they turned out.
I am so glad I was able to at least get a taste of making these flowers because I am now swamped (thank heavens) with crochet orders - today I mailed out 17 packages!
And I am not the only "artistic" person in this household, look at the rainbow pancake my husband made for our little man. Isn't it neat? Our little man was so happy, I wish I had taken a picture of his face when this awesome pancake was served to him. He didn't even want any syrup or powder sugar, just butter.
Oh, and today with all those orders, I am so thankful for leftovers, they really saved me a lot of time today at lunch and I'm also thankful for my crock pot - I have a roast being made for dinner. LOLCheers!
