The other day I posted about feeling "blah" and I decided to do something to change it. I really reached my limit and had to start doing something.
Well, May started and with that my YMCA became active again (I had it on hold after I had the baby), so I started dieting and going to zumba classes. I have only been to two classes and the second was surely harder than the first, but I am so excited and happy that I took the first step to getting back in shape that even our dog got some loving. I took her to the groomer and she came back with her nails done and a matching bandana - she was so happy to get all nice and clean.
I also started dieting and even though I know it's going to take some time to see results, I know they will come and in the end, it will be worth it.
Hey, the dog wasn't the only one that got pampered, I got a much needed haircut and will get my nails done, too! LOL
