Volcanos

The little man had friends over, his preschool friend Molly and her sister Luci. We had a fantastic afternoon, full of fun activities. Their mom and I made each of the kids a t-shirt with bleach, like I posted here, we went on a little walk to catch ladybugs like I've blogged here and we made volcanos!

Here is Molly and her pink volcano:

I personally thought that the lava would come out for longer than it did, but the kids liked it, so it doesn't matter what I think. LOL

The directions I followed called for colored sugar, but I only had 2 colors of it, so the third volcano (Luci's) I added a few drops of food coloring and it worked better than the others.

So here is what you need: a cup, 1/4 cup of baking soda, a few drops of food coloring and about a half cup of vinegar and the magic will happen: your volcano will erupt!
