I found another fun little science experiment on Pinterest and we had to give it a try. The little man got super excited and as soon as we were done he asked if we could do it again, so I consider it a success!
It was called Elephant Toothpaste and all you need is warm water, yeast, food coloring, a squirt of dish soap and hydrogen peroxide (I used the 3% type that you can buy at the grocery store and it worked just fine). You can find all the measurements here.
