Crocheting for my home

I don't get to crochet a ton of stuff for my own house, I am always so busy with orders and writing patterns and just life in general that I really have to MAKE time for it, but I did. It took a little long than I like, but it is ready, my chevron/ripple afghan is ready.

It is sitting in my couch in the living room right now, but it is intended for the camper, I want to have something colorful and made by me in there. However, I am so in love that I can't wait to get started on my next afghan, which will be a granny stripe one. I know... I am nuts!

And here is something else I made, I crocheted the edge on a pillowcase for my sweet pea, now that she is using a pillow. I still have 3 more to go, but I am so pleased with the way it turned out. The 4 pillowcases were thrift store finds.

  1. It looks very nice - all the colors look great together. I really like the pillow cases - one day I'll have to try that. :)
