{Use black yarn}
Row 1: Ch 13, hdc in the 3rd st from the hook and in the remaining 10 sts. Ch 2, turn. (11 hdc)
Row 2: Hdc in each st from previous row. Ch 2, turn (11 hdc)

Using yellow yarn sc in both ends of the scarf, if desired.
With the yarn needle and yellow yarn, make a simple back stitch to make the middle of the road. I stitched in the center hdc.
Fold one side of the scarf to make a little pocked that can be used to hold a little car {3 or 4 rows} and sew the sides closed.
Weave in any loose ends.
