Cuba, one of my bucket list places to visit has a checkmark now and oh, what an amazing experience.
We only had one day, so we chose to spend it in Old Havana and I am so happy we did, it was fantastic!
All the history, the buildings, squares, food and Cuban people were fabulous. We booked a food tour from Food Tours Havana and our guides, Ana and Leslie, were so knowledgeable and fun, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience ever. We learned about Cuban culture and they were also very accommodating. I can't eat shellfish, so I was given Marlin instead, which by the way was to die for!
I wish we had more time to explore the whole town, but I am so glad that this visit has left us with a great taste in our mouths, even the kids loved it!
